Neo-Porte Merges with Brave group; Current Owner and Management Team and Brave group to Jointly Manage the Company

Neo-Porte, Inc., operator of VTuber agency Neo-Porte, announced on February 19 (PST) a business merger with Brave group, Inc.

The management integration will take place on February 1 (JST), and Neo-Porte will be jointly operated by Shibuya HAL (渋谷ハル), Crazy Raccoon, Mafumafu (まふまふ), and Soraru (そらる), and Brave group. While maintaining the existing management structure, the Brave group will share its knowledge of operating multiple productions in Japan and abroad, utilize its middle office and provide management strategy support, and provide support for the Brave group’s IP Platform sales promotion network and production and development functions in the IP Solution area, which are not limited to VTuber productions.Neo-Porte will support Neo-Porte’s activities by utilizing the Brave group’s production and development capabilities in the IP Solution area, which are not limited to VTuber productions.

With this move, Brave group will now have VSPO! and Neo-Porte under umbrella as a VTuber agency with deep gaming (eSports) ties.
