Nintendo Established a Local Subsidiary in Taiwan
On February 18 (UTC-8), Nintendo (任天堂) announced the establishment of a local Taiwanese subsidiary, Taiwan Nintendo Co., Ltd. (台灣任天堂股份有限公司).
The company said the establishment of Taiwanese subsidiary is intended to further strengthen its business base in the Taiwanese market and improve the quality of its customer service.
On April 1, the Taiwanese operations previously conducted by the Hong Kong subsidiary were officially transferred to the Taiwanese subsidiary, which will continue to promote business development in accordance with the Nintendo Group’s management philosophy.
