YumeLive (formerly “Yume Reality”), One of Indonesia’s Oldest VTuber Agency, to close on December 31, 2024

VTuber agency “YumeLive" announced on December 30 that it will cease operations and close as of December 31.

YumeLive is an Indonesian VTuber agency established in July 2020 as Yume Reality. In 2022, there was a string of graduates, and in January 2023, the name of company and agency were changed to the current YumeLive, the CEO had also been replaced by Ito Goto from Raditya Bagaswara.

YumeLive Closing Announcement

First of all, we would like to thank all the viewers who have been supporting Stars and YumeLive up until now.

After much deliberation, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to end the YumeLive journey on December 31, 2024. This decision was made for the good of all parties, both Stars and staff.

After the end of YumeLive, all things related to Stars such as characters, YouTube channels, social media, will be fully owned by each Stars, and will continue their journey independently.

We would also like to clear up any confusion regarding Nekoyama Sena’s previous announcement. It is not true that YumeLive will turn into a group or community, and all decisions made by Nekoyama Sena are personal and made without any coercion from YumeLive. We would also like to emphasize that YumeLive’s decision to end this journey was not caused by Nekoyama Sena.

Regarding the Stars’ merchandise, some products will remain available for purchase until the stock of each product runs out. After that, each Stars will be able to reproduce the merchandise that has been exhausted independently.

Lastly, we would like to once again express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported us over the years. We hope that all parties can continue to support whatever choices and steps the Stars will take in the future.

On December 22, Nekoyama Sena will end her distribution activities and switch to the staff of agency, effective January 20, 2025, to make the announcement.
