X (Formerly Twitter) Account Threatening Oshiro Mashiro and Aogiri High School and Others Banned

As of 5:00 on February 20 (PST), the X (formerly Twitter) account of a person who claims to have sent threatening messages to VTuber talent Oshiro Mashiro (大代真白), her VTuber agency Aogiri High School (あおぎり高校), and her management company viviON, inc. have been banned (frozen).

The person whose X account was frozen this time, regarding Oshiro, who will graduate from Aogiri High School on February 28, and the agency, viviON: “I successfully drove Oshiro Mashiro to graduation by making daily d*ath threats," “It was worth hiring a shady part-time job," “I made a bomb threat to Aogiri High School in commemoration of my graduation," etc, the post (tweet) was made public. In addition, through a contact form on the official website of Aogiri High School, they filled in someone else’s e-mail address and sent contents such as “K*ll Ohshiro Mashiro on February 11 at 15:05 (JST)," “Arson her house and k*ll her," “Kidnap and k*ll him even if she is not at home," and “Blow up viviON office at the same time," etc, the appeals were made.

It has also been confirmed that this person has been making such threats to an unspecified number of people in the past.

A community note was added to this post by a viewer, stating that it constitutes a “threat" under Article 222 of the Japanese Penal Code, and it appears that a report has been made to Aogiri High School and viviON.
