Pixela Project’s 9 VTubers (Including Draki Kona) Moved to “Lumina Project”

Vertup Entertainment Co, Ltd. announced on 4 February that the management contracts of 9 talents from Thai VTuber agency “Pixela Project” have been transferred to the company’s newly established “Lumina Project”.

The following nine talents have moved from Pixela Project to Lumia Project.

Notice regarding reorganization of artists’ activities within the label

Vertup Entertainment Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the transfer of artists belonging to “Lumina" under the supervision of the company as follows. The artist group will be transferred to Vertup Entertainment Co., Ltd. as “Lumina".

In addition, Pixela Project also issued a statement regarding this move of some talents to the Lumina Project. It stated that some individuals had attempted to gain access to the talents and that it had decided to restructure the management system for the safety of the talents.

The remaining artists will continue to be under the management of Pixela Official Co., Ltd. The restructuring of the management structure will not affect live broadcasts or collaborations of artists within the label in any way

Reason for artist transfer:
After the current management took over, there were complaints from artists about concerns regarding personal safety. For example, there were attempts to get close to artists through personal gifts and other offers and compensation, and there were people within the company who acted as a medium to support such acts.
There were attempts to make executives appear close, and they directly or indirectly approached artists by disguising or misleading them as if they were shareholders of the company, and supporters provided such information, misleading artists into thinking that such people had an interest in the company.
As such, the company has decided to restructure its management structure so that artists can work with peace of mind.

Additional measures

The structure of other artists has not changed because no consultations have been held on this issue and it is expected that the target of the group of people who did this may not be used. But how could the administration achieve that? Enhanced access to artists will only be for employees and necessary parties, and strict legal action will be taken against those who behave inappropriately.

We sincerely thank all the fans who always support our artists. And we will ensure their safety. Artists are the most important. We ask for your cooperation in not asking for detailed information on artists’ live shows or social media channels.
