Japanese VTuber agency for Latin America “LeFolk," announced on January 12 (PST) that it is temporarily changing its compensation and activity policies for its talent due to financial difficulties.

LeFolk is a Japanese VTuber agency for Latin America that has been confirmed to operate since 2022; as of January 12, it has 3 talents.

Dear community:

Since our beginnings as LeFolk we have always chosen to address you with total honesty, respect and transparency, thanks to you this project is what it is and therefore today we want to communicate a slightly bitter situation that our agency is going through.In recent months, we have faced economic challenges that have led us to make difficult decisions to ensure the continuity of our activities and the welfare of our talents.

After long discussions and after a mutual agreement with our vtubers, we have decided to temporarily adjust our way of operation.During this period, our girls will receive as financial compensation only the donations they generate during their streams.In addition, we have taken the difficult decision to pause the production of new music covers, allowing only the publication of those projects that have been previously funded.

We know that these decisions may cause concern, but we want to assure you that we are working hard to overcome this stage and to return to providing you with the quality content that we have always offered.

In this context, we would like to ask you to continue to support our girls and the agency in general. Your support, whether through donations, messages or simply accompanying our vtubers in their live shows, is invaluable to us and makes a big difference.

The temporary adjustments will also extend to their streams and content on social networks, each one will soon be sharing with you how they plan to continue with their activities, adapting to this new stage. We are convinced that, with your understanding and support, we will be able to overcome together this moment of instability.
